Orders will be processed within 5 days from your order date.

During checkout, you can choose UPS Ground, 3-day, 2-day, or overnight shipping. Shipping costs are displayed before you finalize your order. Shipping costs are based on the number, weight, size, and destination of the boxes used to fulfill your order. We never charge more than the displayed shipping quote.

Melanie Grace reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. If the website displays an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund.

Domestic and APO Orders

We use UPS exclusively on domestic orders. Our online shopping cart automatically calculates package weight and shipping costs based on the items you select. Shipping costs are displayed before you finalize your order. APO military addresses ship USPS Priority Mail. There is an additional $5.00 charge per box when shipping Priority Mail. International Orders At this time, we only ship to the United States, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam. If you are not happy with your candle, please let us know the reasons why and we will gladly offer you a refund or replacement.
